PRODUCT PRESENTATION
The most popular presentation is natural fillet, skinless, boneless, belly flap cut off or on (folded upon frozen). It can be processed in other forms like:
Steak or Slice, Whole GGS, HGT, Roll, Skewer, Strip or specific up to customers’ requirements.
As a common, fillets are treated with STPP residue max 0.5% or non-chemical treated if required.

PACKING METHODS
The packing methods vary from different markets.
IQF, bulkpack in 5 to 20 kg carton or IQF/ IWP or
IQF in retail bag of 1 kg or
