months when held at minus 18 celcius degree or below.
PRODUCT PRESENTATION
The most popular presentation is natural fillet, skinless,
boneless, belly flap cut off or on (folded upon frozen). It
can be processed in other forms like:
Steak or Slice, Whole GGS, HGT, Roll, Skewer, Strip or
specific up to customers’ requirements.
As a common, fillets are treated with STPP residue max 0.5%
or non-chemical treated if required.
PACKING METHODS
The packing methods vary from different markets.
IQF, bulkpack in 5 to 20 kg carton or IQF/ IWP or
IQF in retail bag of 1 kg or
